Add support for reloading the editor when the source syntax is changed

The source syntax determines the Advanced Content Filter configuration and some other CKEditor parameters that cannot be updated on the fly. For this we need to reload the editor instance with the new configuration (the new source syntax), of course, preserving the unsaved content and performing any required syntax conversion.
