Edit form keyboard shortcuts don't work when the editor is standalone (iframe-based)

Besides the Save & Continue shortcut, all the others (preview, cancel, save & view) don't work while the (standalone) editor has the focus. They work only when the editor is used in-line (for in-place editing).
