Description
Since CKEDITOR-443 you get a list of compatible not installed macro right in the macros picker, but you only see what you are allowed to install (you need programming right to install JAR extensions, etc.).
It would be interesting for discoverability to let admins see all the compatible macros, but disable those the user is not allowed to install.
