Cannot insert an image with the new image dialog if XWiki doesn't support image styles

This can be reproduced on XWiki 13.10.7 by enabling the new CKEditor image dialog from the dedicated administration section. There are two JavaScript exceptions logged when trying to insert a new image, see XWIKI-20036.
