Hide the technical page and attachment reference from the Link and Image dialogs

The technical page and attachment reference poses two problems:

• the page titles displayed in the tree picker are often different than the page names used in the reference. The user may think that the value from the reference input does not correspond to the page or attachment that was chosen from the tree picker.
• the reference may contain the 'WebHome' suffix.
