Easy way to follow links from inside of CKEditor

A common use case which has appeared is multiple people editing at the same time while talking over a voice chat system. While editing: Alice and Bob are editing the Meeting Notes page and Alice adds a link to a particular specifications page and tells Bob she has done so, Bob can then follow that link in a new tab and see the page which Alice has added.

When you right-click on a link in ckeditor, you have the option to unlink it or to edit the link, if you go into "edit link" you can actually follow the link but it requires clicking on which is neither blue nor underlined (not clear it is a link). Adding "go to page" to the right-click menu might provide a more intuitive solution.
