Add converter support for jiraissues macro

It seem that in confluence there are a jira and a jiraissues macro. The implementation seem to be exactly the same as the parameters are identical, the result is also identical. And the macro editor is also identical. This observation was done on a Confluence server instance.

So this issue is to add to the currently jira converter the support to convert also the jiraissues macro.
