      Inline code formatting like this (Confluence XML code element) gets lost during import.

      Sample Confluence XML:

      <property name="body"><![CDATA[<p>Test of inline code:</p><ul><li>Test 1 contains&nbsp;<code>a, b, c</code> and that's it.</li><li>Test 2 contains special characters&nbsp;<code>&lt;</code>,&nbsp;<code>&gt;</code>, and&nbsp;<code>&amp;</code>.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></property>
