Convert userkeys to usernames

( Follow-up issue to CONFLUENCE-39 )

User keys are currently used as-is to create user references. This will result in references such as user:403f8a4591a291e70bab3cf1f46b11c9. The keys should be mapped to the corresponding user name to create correct references.
