Two create buttons might be displayed in some cases

Reproduction step:

• Discard change request right on the whole wiki
• Create a space with a user
• Grant change request right on the created space and deny edit right on same space
• Go to the created page

Expected result:

• The user sees one edit button and one create button

Obtained result:

• The user sees two create buttons (the standard one from XWiki, and the one from change request)
