Cannot save as change request from inplace editing

Reproduction steps:

• on a space where change request is enabled and edit right is allowed
• Click edit button

Expected result:

• the inplace editor is displayed and it shows a "Save as change request" button

Obtained result:

• the inplace editor is displayed but the "save as change request" button is missing.
