Deleting a change request is breaking notification display

Reproduction steps:

• Enable change request notifications for Admin
• Create a new change request with another user
• Login with Admin and delete the change request page
• Reload and check notifications

Expected result:

• Notifications are properly displayed

Obtained result:

• The notifications is displaying a missing translation code and the console log displays warning such as:
