Change requests are not created properly from subwiki

Change requests created from subwiki are stored in main wiki which is not consistent. Moreover it breaks the LD displaying the CR.

Reproduction steps:

• Create a subwiki
• Install CR in both Main and subwiki
• Create a CR from an edition from Main.WebHome

Expected result:

• the CR is stored in subwiki

Obtained result:

• the CR is stored in main wiki
