Manage approvers links can lead to creation of many xobject

Tested with XWiki 14.6.
Reproduction steps:

• Create a page
• Click on "Manage approvers" on the "more actions" menu
• On the editor click on "cancel"
• Back on the page click again on "Manage approvers"

Expected result:

• the editor should be opened to edit the previously created xobject

Obtained result:

• the editor created a second xobject
