Cannot post a review comment in a subwiki

Reproduction steps:

• Install change request on a subwiki
• Create a new change request
• Perform a review and provide a comment

Expected result:

• the review is properly saved along with the comment

Obtained result:

• the review choice is saved but not the comment: an error box is displaying "Request error while posting comment associated to the review." after clicking on save
