User Story - Approver

As a page approver, I expect to be able to launch a change request and have all of the functionality of a general user. In addition, I want to be able to see a list of all the pages where I am a listed approver. I want to be able to suggest edits to the page owners and that this would create a change request approved by the remaining approvers (if someone leaves the business as an example). I want to be able to set delegates on my profile which have full permissions that I have and it will be clear if a delegate approved on my behalf. I expect that I or any approver can merge the change request to the final result after approval. I want to have a page where I can view ALL of the change requests awaiting my approval. I also want to see the status of change requests that are in process but I, personally, have already approved. If I have questions or want to modify a change request, I want to be able to do that directly in the change request knowing that it might invalidate previous approvals from other approvers.
