Major Description
A warning has been added with CRAPP-154 in case of conflict when reviewing a CR. However, the same is true if the CR needs to be rebased: the approvals are currently invalidated.
So either we should consider that in such case the approvals should be kept valid, or we should add a warning message to inform about the future invalidation.
