Display the reason of the invalidation of a review

There could be different reasons for a review to be invalidated, e.g.:

• new edition of existing change
• new change added
• content refreshed
• fix of conflicts
• manual invalidation by the reviewer
• new review performed

It would be good to provide explicitely in the UI the reason of the invalidation of the review, as it might help to understand the workflow of the CR.
