Highlight documents that a user is an explicit approver for

The idea of this feature is to ease the work of reviewers when they're added to change requests containing multiple documents: so if they are approvers of some specific documents of this CR we should highlight some documents for them.

In terms of UI, the idea is to add a label next to the doc they're approver of, and might be change the background of the diff box for those.
