Reply anchors are not working anymore

In case of replied comment the arrow should allow to view which comment the comment was replying to.

Reproduction step:

• Create comment and a reply
• Click on the arrow on the reply

Expected result:

• the window is moved to the original comment
• the original comment is emphasized

Obtained result:

• the window is not moved and the original comment is not emphasized
