Notifications and timeline events are not using page titles

    Description

      The filechanges tab has been modified to display the proposed modified title, but the notifications and timeline events are still displaying the published page title, or in case of page to be created the reference, which is bad for usability and not very consistent.
      We should provide a way to display modified page title.
