Notifications for DocumentModifiedInChangeRequest cannot be switched on

We're missing a descriptor for notifications DocumentModifiedInChangeRequest meaning that currently watchers of document cannot get notifications whenever a change of those documents is added in an existing change request.
It's probably a minor UC but we should add it.
