Provide priorities on the compatibility checkers

    Description

      The compatibility checkers are currently loaded based on the ComponentManager#getInstance implementation which doesn't offer any guarantee concerning their order.
      It would be useful to be able to have priorities on them so that the compatibility message is the most accurate one if multiple checks might fail.
