Avatar images should not trigger the Lightbox feature

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Change Request (e.g. an edition of a page)
2. In the Change Request page, go to Description tab
3. Hover the mouse over an avatar in the activity feed
4. Click 'Comment' button and add a comment
5. Hover the mouse over the avatar corresponding to the added comment

Expected results

Nothing happens.

Actual results

The Lightbox feature is triggered, with 'Image Gallery' and 'Download' buttons.

Sometimes the issue occurs after refreshing the page (F5 or CTRL+F5).
