Provide a livetable to see pages with filechange

Right now pages with filechanges are displayed as a simple list of references. However we cannot easily handle the actions links (link to edit the page in the change request, view, etc) and it could be also interesting to provide more information than just the page reference. So a live table would be handy for that.
