Comments are not displayed in the "Description" tab

The expected behavior is that comments added in the "Proposed Changes" tab should appear in the "Description" tab. However, in some Change Requests, while other events are displayed in the "Description" tab, the comments are missing from the timeline.

The issue can be observed on https://www.xwikiorg-node2.xwikisas.com/xwiki/bin/view/ChangeRequest/Data/replacing-Converting-betwee-baea5ba2-c101-4b89-90e1-a323b33f5274/, where the "Proposed Changes" tab shows comments, but the "Description" tab does not.
