Comments are not displayed anymore after replying to them

In the "Description" tab comments added by approver were displayed. After replying to the comments, the approver's comments are not displayed anymore. The issue can be observed on this CR: https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ChangeRequest/Data/Creating-a-subpage-for-a-Ho-4cbb6c35-80fc-4f8f-80f2-e9b57d52d5ca/#5ce18fa1-72e8-479b-b86a-24c0976b4b75;applicationHint=changerequest where after replying to 2 comments they disappeared. Therefore, the arrow button showed on the image in the attachments doesn't work properly either. The replies don't appear in the "Proposed changes" tab either.
