The CR Edit button should behave the same as the standard Edit button

The problem is when you don't have edit rights, the CR app adds an Edit button (which is not the same as the one added when you have edit rights), and it currently doesn't behave in the same way, leading to misunderstanding. As an example, imagine you're an advanced user and you're thus expecting to see the dropdown on the Edit button. If you don't have permissions on a given page, the Edit button from the CR app will be displayed but there won't be any dropdown, leading to the problem of misunderstanding.
