    Description

      A first accessibility audit show some issues in change request:

      1. Color contrast issues in the status badge when ready for review and in the text hint for adding description of change request
      2. Missing text on the caret button in request deletion page
      3. Several issues related to the usage of tablist in various places: filechange tab, review tab when adding new review, checks tab
