Specific macro styles are not loaded when displaying rendered diff

Reproduction steps:

• Install paragraph numbering extension
• Configure Change request to enable rendered diff view
• Create a new Change Request to use the paragraph numbering extension on a first level element
• View the rendered diff

Expected result:

• the h1 element shouldn't be displayed with a font corresponding to a standard h1 in the rendered diff

Obtained result:

• a standard h1 element is displayed
