Discussions and discussions contexts shouldn't be created when the editor is displayed

    Description

      Right now discussions are created automatically when the editor is displayed. It's easy to check by opening the review UI, or by clicking on a line of the diff, or on the comment button and then never post a message: technical pages are then created in the hierarchy even if no message is posted.

      We should improve all that, to only create those technical page when a message is actually posted.
