Missing images in the rendered diff for page creation

Reproduction steps:

• Enable rendered diff in CR administration
• Request for a new page creation
• Upload an image in the editor and add it in the content
• Save as new change request
• In the created change request check the rendered diff

Expected result:

• the image should appear in the diff

Obtained result:

• the image doesn't appear, the network tab returns a 404 for the download action request
