The reason of a change request storing failure isn't reported

When there is an exception while storing a file change, the change request application doesn't report the reason and just displays its own details.

It would be helpful for debugging to add the reason of the exception, so the error toast informs the user.

In the screenshot below for instance, the user can't understand why saving the document is blocked.
