Design a versioning API for backend features for the Cristal adapters

Cristal adapters are in charge of calling the backends. They need to support some versions of the backend (since they need to perform calls on backend endpoints that may or may not exist depending on the backend version). The idea is that a given Cristal adapter for a given backend will only support features that it can call.
