Choose a build system (npm/yarn/pnpm)

We need to agree on a build system, the three main alternatives are:

• npm
• yarn
• pnpm

Also, we need to consider the user of lerna

The goal is to be able to manage efficiently a possibly large so of modules stored in a monorepo.
