    Description

      Reproduction steps

      1. open a page not editable by guest (but viewable) as guest
      2. observe the edit button

      Expected

      The edit button is either hidden or disabled

      Actual

      The edit button is available and performs the switch to edit mode.
      But, saving is not working.
