Backends can be configured at runtime

As a user, I am able to configure my Cristal Wiki to “create” content at runtime, with a provided UI letting the user enter the backend URL + the type. The type should be inferred whenever possible (i.e., for known types) but the user can always specify it.

This work also involves designing and proposing the UI.
This work also requires thinking of what is allowed to be edited by users, and what admins can allow/disallow users to configure.

This work also involves deciding where to persist user specific configurations.
