Introduce a storage provider

Currently, the only way to access to current storage is through cristal-api.

This is a bad coupling and we want to gradually remove everything from a central api (equivalent to what we do with oldcore in XWiki).

Therefore, we need to define a provider to get access to the storage through the backend apis.
