Design macros editor integration

The goal of this task is to propose a design for the manipulation of macros in the editor, including:

• moving macro blocks
• tooltips on macro to remove/edit macros
• macros selection from the quick actions (and the need for an advanced search?)
• macro insertion/edition parameters form
