Support for internal links and images on Blocknote

Currently, the Blocknote integration does not support custom syntactic elements.

This work involves

1. being able to parse internal links and images (e.g., [[...]]})
2. being able to serialize internal links and images when saving from the editor

We should also make sure that links are correctly presented, both in view and edit mode.
