Runtime sessions are not correctly closed with Blocknote

Reproduction steps

1. edit a page with blocknote
2. observe the list of users
3. close and edit again
4. observe the list of users

Expected

The current user is listed once

Actual

The current users is listed several times.

Another way to observe this is to edit the same page with 2 users.

Then make one of the user close the editor. I suspect the user to still be listed in the other users list.
