Propose standard UX for switching configurations

Currently in Cristal we can switch configurations using the cog icon on top of the sidebar. This behavior was used for early testing but now we need a standard way of doing it.

We could retain the current behavior and polish it

OR

Propose a new way (page/dialog/other) within the Admin section.
