Add a modal to edit macro parameters inside BlockNote

Add a modal in Cristal to update the parameters of a macro from within the editor.

The modal should follow the selected design system (and so be written in Vue, not in React).

This is a fallback for when no edition mechanism is provided by the integration part.

Current blocker: https://github.com/TypeCellOS/BlockNote/issues/1858 (cannot edit inline macros programatically)
