Peer dependencies are needlessly bundled

Since the introduction of peer dependencies, the peer dependencies are bundled in the compiled JavaScript files of the packages.
This is causing unintended consequences such as the presence of several versions of vue-runtime in the final bundles (e.g., from Cristal integration, or the integration of blocknote in XWiki).
