Split cristal between the xwiki-contrib and xwiki organizations

This is a prerequisite to make Cristal a core XWiki project.

Notes:

Moving the project is not the only important step.
We also need to see how to integrate this in the CI. And to discuss how to intertwine the release cycles of XWiki, Cristal, and other reusable UI components in a single CI run.
