"Syncing changes" message flashes for brief time with BlockNote

When editing a page with BlockNote, a message flashes for a few hundred milliseconds indicating that changes are being synced with other users.

In case the sync takes less than a second, it would be better to not display the message as to not confuse the user who does not have the time to read it.
