Allow for definition of the history algorithm and parameters

CRISTALINT is currently challenging to upgrade because the only way to define the root of the Cristal app is to apply a patch on the lib package to change the vue-router strategy and to set the root path.

Having a modular way to define those properties would make it much easier to perform future upgrades
