Design active install monitoring

Currently, Cristal comes with no mechanism to monitor the number of users using it.

Privacy

• We need to be certain not to leak personal data;
• Opt-in or Op-out?

Specificities

The monitoring might be different based on where Cristal is deployed:

• as a standalone web application
• as an XWiki extension
• as a Nextcloud extension
