Colors are not consistent between design systems

Colors are inconsistently defined in design systems.

For instance : --cr-color-green-400 is defined in Shoelace as equal to --sl-color-green-40, which doesn't exist
Also, Shoelace defines -cr-color-yellow* variables with * between 10 and 95, while it's between 100 and 950 for Vuetify, meaning no common yellow variables between DS
