Deleting a page is possible

Delete is possible.

Note that we need to handle the use case of Cristal connected to a backend and then disconnected, and a user doing a delete while disconnected. The behaviour will not be the same then if the delete was done connected. Same for any refactoring operation (move, rename, etc).
